Research and Planning - College Magazine Analysis

Here is a front cover of a magazine. Straight away we know who this magazine's target audience is as the word "Student" is written across the top of the page, in bright bold letters!
Moreover, the cover lines give away small examples of what to expect if you read this article, addressing some of the many dilemma's  in which students face, for example "Top 10 ways to help you revise" and the simple word "University".
Another way we can tell that this is a Magazine for a college and its students is by the main picture. By the title "Student" behind her, we assume that the teenager in the photo is a student. Furthermore, she is smiling warmly at the camera, giving off a friendly atmosphere, making us want to pick up the magazine and read!
